Meaningful Work: Vision and Values

I dream that we are all highly motivated, happy, loving, open and respectful while we do work that is meaningful. Each person knows their passions, their life’s purpose and calling. We support one another to manifest what we dream of. Through the manifestation of our individual, team and community visions, we fulfill our total creative potential. I have a dream of working in organizations where we have identified our personal and community vision and values. Our personal visions and values are aligned with those of our community of co-workers. Each of us is committed to living these values individually at work in organizations and in community in the world. We are committed to spiritual evolution as a reflection of our constantly evolving consciousness. Through such a commitment, we offer the most highly conscious, creative, innovative services and technologies. These are provided in the service of all beings who inhabit the Earth, and to the Earth herself.
