Emotional Intelligence at Work

I have a vision that we acknowledge every emotion that arises while we are working. Love, kindness, compassion, peace and joy are felt when anyone enters our workplace. Happiness, sadness, anger, joy, resentment, jealousy are expressed and acknowledged, if there is willingness. Tears of joy or sadness freely flow. Joyful peals of laughter are heard in halls and in offices. We are conscious about the words and language we use. We realize that we create our reality with the power of our words. We support each other by being intellectually and emotionally open, truthful and honest, even if it causes conflict or turmoil. We embrace the shadow without fear, journey into it, and bring it to the light. The universal languages of silence, music, dance and open dialogue weave their magic. They uncover the inherent and deeper harmony that is present even in situations of conflict or turmoil.
